Praxsuite v1.1

Version 1.1 brings new pricing with more usage on every plan, two new modules (Calendar and Domains), Instagram and web chat inside the Inbox, document signing wired into automations, and a faster, steadier platform. Everything added, changed and fixed, by module.

Plans and usage

• A new pricing ladder: Free, Basic $25, Pro $99, Scale $299 and Enterprise.

• If you already pay, your price does not change: only what your plan includes goes up. Creator gets Basic's limits; Basic gets Pro's; Professional and Premium get Scale's. No plan migration and no change to your subscription.

• Unlimited API calls on every paid plan. Only Free keeps a monthly cap (up from 5,000 to 50,000).

• Automation Units multiplied: Free goes from 100 to 25,000 a month, Creator from 2,000 to 250,000, Basic from 10,000 to 2,000,000, Professional from 50,000 to 10,000,000 and Premium from 250,000 to 20,000,000.

• Extra automation usage costs 400 to 800 times less: $0.01 to $0.04 per 1,000 AU, instead of $4 to $20. Going over never costs more than moving up a plan.

• AI included in every paid plan ($2 on Basic, $10 on Pro, $40 on Scale), and bring-your-own AI key (BYOK) from Basic up.

• More rows, columns, storage, end users, dashboards, AI agents, Vault secrets, domains and mail queues on every plan. For example, Basic goes from 50,000 to 2,000,000 rows and from 1,000 to 500,000 end users.

• No per-seat charge for Admin users.

• A monthly spend cap for the workspace: twice the plan by default, and you can raise or lower it whenever you want. No bill runs away.

• Alerts at 50, 75, 90 and 100% of every quota, by email and inside the portal.

• Storage is now measured in full: uploads through the gateway, MCP, automations and checkpoints used not to count.

• Workspace admins no longer count as billable users in the usage summary.

• Apps, forms and dashboards published from Free show "Powered by Praxsuite".

• Fixed: the usage summary did not show rows per table or custom domains, two limits that were being enforced.

• Fixed: revoking an API key never freed its application slot; now it does, and delete_api_key is available over MCP.

• Fixed: Creator Level 2 and 3 plans fell back to Free's limits.

Calendar (new)

• A Calendar module with its own space in the portal: month, week and day views, and events you add by hand.

• Calendly-style scheduling links: a public page where anyone can book without an account.

• Booking rules, such as a daily cap or manual approval of each booking.

• Reusable schedules: a named working week shared by several links, with per-date exceptions and blocked days.

• Team links: round robin (a slot is offered if anyone is free) or collective (only if everyone is).

• Booking questions, including choices that come from a column in your tables.

• Each booking can create its own video call, when the workspace has Calls.

• Every booking sends a real calendar invitation, and your schedule can be subscribed to over ICS from Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.

• Your data lives in Praxsuite: disconnecting Google or Microsoft reduces reach, it never deletes your schedule.

Domains (new)

• A Domains module: connect your workspace's domains and manage their DNS records from the portal.

• Delegation is checked against public DNS, so you know whether the nameservers already point where they should.

Inbox

• Instagram as a full channel: DMs land in the inbox, are answered from there, and include photos and attachments.

• Connecting Instagram no longer means building an endpoint by hand: creating the channel shows the URL and token to paste into Meta.

• The Instagram token renews itself before it expires, and each channel carries its own Meta app.

• A channel's account can be corrected without deleting it or losing its conversations.

• Web chat for your site: paste one line of code and your visitors write straight into the inbox.

• Web chat and Instagram channels are created from the portal.

• Read is per person: opening a conversation no longer marks it read for the whole team, and the counter shows yours.

• Reactions attach to the message they react to, instead of showing up as loose lines.

• Bulk actions across several conversations.

• Photos, audio and video show and play inside the thread.

• A reply can carry attachments.

• The AI that answers on its own is no longer limited to email: it works on every channel.

• Archiving, starring or marking as read shows up at once in every open view.

• Your applications can read and answer the inbox through the gateway, with access to the whole inbox or per channel.

• Fixed: deleting an email channel failed with a 500 error.

• Fixed: WhatsApp attachments could not be opened from the inbox.

• Fixed: an email that came with attachments did not keep them.

• Fixed: creating a web chat channel asked for an address that does not exist.

Documents and signing

• Signing emits events: sent, viewed, signed, completed, declined, cancelled and resent. Any automation can react to them.

• Nine new Docs nodes: generate from a template, check variables before generating, read a whole document, find it by name, publish it, export it to PDF or Word, send for signature, check its signatures, and cancel or resend a signature.

• Regenerate a document with today's data, keeping the same link and saving the previous version.

• Granular permissions per document, with multi-select.

• Choose which folder a document generated from a template lands in.

• A document-type column returns the link to the document.

• Fixed: a document's public link collided across folders; it is now unique per workspace.

• Fixed: the "Protected" visibility was accepted and did nothing; it is now refused with a clear message.

Automations

• The run monitor advances step by step, live, with the camera following the node being executed.

• Actionable error messages everywhere: on save, on publish, and when a node fails.

• The Send Email node can choose the mailbox and sender name the email goes out with.

• Meta nodes: publish to Instagram, six for Facebook Pages and three for Meta Ads, with their connect page.

• The automations trash now has its own tab, to restore or delete for good.

• Fixed: an email with several recipients was never sent, and the run showed green.

• Fixed: scheduled automations stopped firing; the clock now runs from outside and does not stall.

• Fixed: saving a published automation with a lot of traffic took minutes and failed.

• Fixed: the Delay node accepted a blank duration.

API Gateway

• End users with external identities: Discord, Steam and any OAuth2 provider, with verified-email linking and a way to disconnect.

• A per-column permission editor for every role, with masking.

• The values of a status column can be read through the gateway and are shown in the playground.

• End-user custom fields with validated types.

• Rate limiting is counted per workspace, not per entry IP.

• Fixed: a revoked API key kept working for up to two minutes; it now stops at once on every server.

• Fixed: creating an API key with a long description failed with a generic error.

• Fixed: end-user percentages were stored wrong.

Prax AI, agents and MCP

• AI connectors can also be scoped by documents and by tool groups, not only by tables.

• Knowledge assigned to an area is inherited by every team under it.

• Each agent's autonomy mode (suggest only, with approval, or autonomous) is now honoured.

• Connecting Praxsuite to Claude also works on dedicated installs.

• Fixed: MCP OAuth discovery pointed at an internal address.

Apps

• Content-addressed deploys: only what changed is uploaded, and sites over 32 MB can now be published.

• The Deploy tab teaches the three-step deploy, alongside the zip.

• Per-page SEO (title, description, canonical, structured data) and your own head HTML, from the portal.

• Fixed: robots.txt and sitemap.xml were served as the home page.

• Fixed: a publish left the previous version cached for up to an hour.

Files

• Every file is served from Praxsuite's address, never the storage provider's.

• File links no longer expire: an export from months ago still opens.

• Asking for a file's URL also returns its extension.

• Fixed: text with accents showed garbled characters.

Data Engine

• The column list refreshes on its own when someone else changes the table.

• Fixed: filtering with "is in" on reference columns.

Calls

• Fixed: no call could be started from the portal.

• Fixed: meeting links never connected.

• Fixed: a black screen-share tile appeared that nobody had started.

• When a call will not start, it now says why.

Portal

• Gateway, notification rules and usage translated into Spanish.

• Portal languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.

• Maps use a provider without watermarks.

• The Processes module is retired.

• Fixed: the dashboard area chart rendered blank.

• Fixed: invitations to protected forms can now expire and have a use cap.

• Fixed: numeric fields.

Platform

• Praxsuite now runs on Google Cloud, with deploys and storage independent of the provider.

• Sessions and limits shared across servers, to support thousands of users connected at once.

• Faster gateway queries and lower resource usage.

• Fixed: the Mail page did not load when listing domains.
